It was my first time with this project, and it went so well!! All the kids really enjoyed decorating with their own ideas about how much they are thankful for the earth and “CARE.” and teachers were happy to see how creative and knowledgeable their students were. And of course I had so much fun talking about environment and endangered animals with other kids! After this events, I collected all the bags and gave to Treasure Trove shop in Pacific Marine Mammal Center, and local libraries to distribute them. They all really appreciate with my idea, wanted to bring more bags next year! which I will do!!! Thank you so much for all your work!!
Environmental Messages for Earth day- Part I www.AUDREY4CARE.org
I proposed to several schools a project as a part of my project "AUDREY4CARE-Care 4 Animals Respect 4 the Earth." In order to send out environmental messages for Earth day(April 22nd, 2018), I bought 100% recycled paper bags with my own allowance and have 2nd grade students to decorate with their own ideas about how much they are thankful for the earth and “CARE.” I will give out them to the stores to send out environmental messages for Earth day.
My poem moved on the district level and received an "Award of Merit". I was thinking about sea lions and seals covered with oil because of oil spill accidents.

Off in a flash
No! No! No!!
Oil is everywhere!
I can’t breathe air!
Oil is everywhere!!
Splat! Splat! Splat!
Oil is in my habitat.
Don't swallow the oil.
I’m coated with the oil.
I’m fighting to the death.
Please, help me and the earth!
Thank you!!! Pacific Marine Mammal Center(PMMC) for your birthday gifts. Last night, she was very surprised to receive a huge box from you! Thank you! Audrey is very happy with your gifts!!
Help Celebrate Audrey's 8th Birthday!
Instead of throwing a birthday party, I decide to donate my birthday and all the gifts to Pacific Marine Mammal center (PMMC) located in Laguna Beach, Calif ornia. For the people who live near me, I made natural soy candles with little pink roses on top to show my appreciation, so please leave me your contact info to get them! (while supplies last!, so hurry up!!)
Seals and sea lions in California are turning up sick or injured more than ever, pups get stranded or separated from their mothers for an unknown reason. How they got there we can only speculate, but little guys or girls, trying to find food, not experienced, not mature as they should be. The PMMC research conducted on pinnipeds shows what is happening in the environment, and it helps predict future occurrences of disease. Seals are on the top of the food chain; they are top predators. The diseases they contract, we can contract.
Please donate to www.YouCaring.com/Audrey and celebrate my 8th birthday with me!!!
Check this out! In November (11/1-11/30), AUDREY4CARE's story and my art works will be displayed in a huge glass box at Katie Wheeler Library, Irvine, California. Stop by and take a look at them!

I am especially interested in raising the awareness to kids in the community so they will grow to treat the environment with respect, ultimately ensuring a healthy planet for future generations. I emphasizes how we can make a difference in the environment and encourages them to take actions. My project, AUDREY4CARE, has helped to educate kids in the community and increase interest in protecting environment.
I asked my 1st grade classmate to join me for beach cleanup activities and we had raised funds to donate to Pacific Marine Mammal Center (PMMC) as a class project. PMMC invited my class to their facility to show their appreciation. The tour at PMMC was amazing! They learned a lot not only about seals but also about other ocean animals. Audrey also hand out her second donation check to PMMC.
I also hand out her donation check to PMMC.
